​Scheduling & Payment Policies 

​​​How to Schedule Visits

• ​Schedule visits using the “Time to Pet” app on your phone, or access the app through our website.  (Or call us directly.)
• ​Ideally, schedule 1 week in advance (or 2 weeks in advance of ​​holiday weekends) to ensure availability.

Standard Booking:

Book visits at least 3 days in advance of the first visit.
​(Full payment is required at the time of booking.)

Last-Minute Booking:

Need to book on short notice?  No problem!  Just note that bookings made within 2 days of the first visit will include a $15 convenience fee.

Cancellations

​We understand that plans change.  Here's how our cancellation policy works:

Full Refund:

Cancel at least 3 days before the first visit to receive a full refund. ​

Partial Refund:

Cancel within 2 days of the first visit (or notify us of an early or late return) to receive a full refund, minus a $15 convenience fee.

Same-Day Cancellations:

For cancellations on the same day of the visit, including early returns, the visit fee will still be charged, plus a $15 convenience fee.
